Brian began going to the racetrack with his family to watch his father and uncle drive at Evergreen Raceway. Brian's father, Kenny, retired and Brian wanted to pick up right where he left off. They purchased a caged go-kart and ran it at Greenwood Valley Actiontrack for one season. After a couple of second place finishes, Brian set his eyes on basketball and football.

At the age of 16 Brian hung up his sneakers and purchased a 1985 Chevrolet Monte Carlo Street Stock to run at the now named Sundance Vacations Speedway, they same track his father ran at. Brian continued running the Street Stock for 3 years while attending college at Bloomsburg University.

Entering his forth season, Brian grabbed his second career win in the Street Stock division and decided to step up into a Sport Modified. Brian will now focus his main attention in driving the Sport Modified, but plans to run the Street Stock still for bigger events.
